DealerShift is built so salespeople’s data stays with them.

What the extension stores

Vehicles, leads and settings are stored only in each salesperson’s own Chrome profile. They are not sent to DealerShift.

What it reads

DealerShift reads the vehicle page you choose on your dealer website and fills in the Facebook Marketplace vehicle form you open. It does not read Facebook messages, listings or contacts.

Optional AI rewrite

If a dealer turns on the AI rewrite with its own API key, vehicle details (never customer data) are sent to the AI provider only when a salesperson clicks Rewrite.
